Strength Specific

Our Strength group training sessions are planned in 6–12 week dedicated training blocks, consisting of four weekly 60 minute sessions. The aim is to develop your base strength levels in traditional barbell lifts such as the squat, deadlift, bench press and press. 

This class is perfect for members who are interested in competing in a strength sport (powerlifting, strongman); or members who just want to get stronger. Our Strength sessions are designed to complement Windy City Strength and Conditioning’s CrossFit, Conditioning, Kettlebell and Olympic Weightlifting classes.
