Intro Memberships

If you're new to Windy City, you must choose one of our Intro Memberships. Designed to get you acclimated to our programs and group classes, this membership is for both beginners and experienced athletes.


Intro Membership Rates

  • 30-Day Intro Membership: $205 no strings attached (with ability to upgrade to 4-Month within first 30 days and save $151)
  • 4-Month Intro Membership: $99 for first month + $190/month for remaining 3 months
  • 4-Month Paid in Full: $609

*Personal Training not included
*$15/mo discount for police, fire, first responder and military (active/veteran). Please inquire.

What You Get:

  • Intro Classes: If you’re new to strength and conditioning training, you will get access to our beginner’s schedule to get acclimated to our program. If you’re transferring from another gym or not a beginner, you may be eligible to test out of intro classes (contact us about testing-out).

    •  CrossFit Level 1 Classes
    •  Strength Specific Community Classes
    •  Saturday Morning Team Classes
    •  Windy City Stretch Classes

  • Certified Coaching: In each class, our certified coaches will teach you how to safely move your body, lift barbells, swing kettlebells, throw medicine balls and effectively scale all exercises and movements to suit your needs and abilities.  

  • Open Gym: You will get access to over 15 hours of Open Gym time to choose from each week, where you can practice movements, ask questions or work out on your own. View Schedule

  • Main Classes: Once you have completed 12 CrossFit Level 1 classes, you will gain access to any of our 75 coached classes each week.

  • Coach Consultation: You will get to meet privately with your coach to discuss and set fitness goals, cover basic nutrition, establish accountability and perform an optional, complimentary BodyMetrix ultrasound body fat analysis ($75 value). All new members will receive a complimentary Windy City Nutrition Guide.

  • Kids Corner: Drop off the kids. Pick up the weights. Our Kid's Corner is set up just for the little ones to have fun, watch TV, draw, read or play while you get a workout in. The area is enclosed to keep your kids safe, while still being visible and close by at all times. So bring them with and take some time for yourself. You deserve it.

  • Member Dashboard: Your Windy City membership includes a personal online dashboard, where you can login to create a profile, access daily workouts, post results, meet other members, and more. 

  • GORUCK Discount: As the official GORUCK partner gym in Chicago, your Windy City membership includes a 25% discount to GORUCK signature events (Light / Tough / Heavy). To get your discount, speak to a coach at the gym or contact us.

Already do CrossFit?

We would love to have you visit our facility, meet our coaches and get a free week trial. After your first week, transferring CrossFitters can take advantage of our Intro Membership offers, but will not be required to complete our CrossFit Level 1 classes.

Personal Training

Personal Training at Windy City is the fastest, most successful and motivational way to reach your fitness goals. You'll work 1-on-1 with a personal coach in private individual sessions. Applicable to all fitness, age and economic levels, Personal Training is for those with special needs, limitations, flexible schedules, as well specific individual goals.
