Energetic and personable, he's a professional with over 12 years of management and operations experience in the restaurant and coffee industry. As a manager and corporate trainer, he has trained all Julius Meinl locations as well as private customers in the coffee making and cafe upkeep process. He has a strong customer service background with an ability to connect with both customers and employees; as you may already know from seeing him at the Julius Meinl right down the street from Windy City.

He's also enjoyed a 20+ year professional dance career ranging from international dance troupe to dance teacher. Jason grew up in New Jersey skateboarding, and later moved to Philadelphia, then Vancouver, B.C and started serving coffee; moved back to Philadelphia and started bike messengering; and later moved to London to pursue dance.

In addition, he's competed and judged breakdancing events, toured hip-hop theater for various companies and later trained for Cirque du Soleil’s show ‘KA” in Las Vegas and Montreal, Quebec. He moved to Chicago in 2009 after an injury...and the rest is history.
