We offer weekly Yoga classes as a compliment to your active recovery days.
When: Sundays at 10am. Class is 60 minutes and open to all fitness and flexibility levels.
Yoga is an ancient practice designed to unite mind and body by linking breath to movement. Members who attend yoga each week will increase their flexibility, range of motion and concentration. Come prepared to sweat, stretch and challenge yourself mentally and physically.
