WC Prep Course

All athletes with less than 3 months of prior strength and conditioning training must start with this Prep Course. After that, you can enroll in our WC Standard Membership.

What you get

  • 2 private one-on-one 60-minute sessions with a WCSC Coach

  • If you sign up for a membership, $99 will be deducted from your first month

What to expect

Day 1

  1. Introductions:
    Intro to Windy City SC / Client Goals
  2. Movements:
    Learn Squats - Air Squat, Front Squat, Back Squat, Overhead Squat
    Learn Presses - Strict, Push Press, Push Jerk
  3. Workout:
    We'll lead you through a safe but challenging workout that utilizes the skills you learned.

Day 2

  1. Introductions:
    We'll cover the importance of scaling/modifying workouts, in addition to other aspects about our style of training.
  2. Movements:
    Learn Olympic Lifts - Snatch / Clean
  3. Workout:
    We'll lead you through a safe but challenging workout that utilizes the skills you learned.
