Windy City Stretch

We love high-intensity, heavy, tough training. All of our classes deliver consistently challenging workouts that will make you look, feel and perform better, but all that lifting, pushing, pulling, jumping, rowing, and running can leave you feeling tighter than a snare drum.

This one hour class will focus on improving your joint mechanics and range of motion and decreasing muscle stiffness. Windy City coaches will lead you through a series of dynamic and static stretches, joint mobilization, and soft tissue work designed to get you moving and feeling better. Show up consistently and you will see your ankle, hip, upper back, shoulder, and wrist mobility all improve.
