Standard Memberships

All new members must get started with an Intro Membership. After your intro term ends, you will have the chance to roll-over into a Standard or Exclusive Membership term that works for you.

Standard Members get unlimited access to our group classes, and you become part of our amazing community!

What you get:

  • Main Classes: Once you have completed 12 CrossFit Level 1 classes, you will gain access to any of our 75 coached classes each week.

    •  CrossFit Level 1 Classes
    •  CrossFit Classes
    •  Olympic Weightlifting Classes
    •  Strength Specific Community Classes
    •  Assault Community Classes
    •  Saturday Morning Team Classes

  • Certified Coaching: In each class, our certified coaches will teach you how to safely move your body, lift barbells, swing kettlebells, throw medicine balls and effectively scale all exercises and movements to suit your needs and abilities.  

  • Open Gym: Our home is your home. If you can't make a class or want to work on skills, you can use the gym anytime we are open. Main classes will get priority when it comes to space and equipment, but otherwise we encourage you to come in and use your membership as much as possible.

  • Kid's Corner: Drop off the kids. Pick up the weights. Our Kid's Corner is set up just for the little ones to have fun, watch TV, draw, read or play while you get a workout in. The area is enclosed to keep your kids safe, while still being visible and close by at all times. So bring them with and take some time for yourself. You deserve it.

  • Member Dashboard: Your Windy City membership includes a personal online dashboard, where you can login to create a profile, access daily workouts, post results, meet other members, and more. 

  • Windy City Livin' Facebook Group: We post daily WOD scores, important gym announcements, schedule updates, special events, Community Class workouts, and other fun things in this group. If you want up-to-the-minute access to everything that happens at Windy City, this is the place to be. It's also a great way to get to know your fellow Windy City members!

  • Lockers: You can store your shoes, supplements and extra clothes for only $7/month. Combination lock included.
  • Showers & Towels: We have complimentary showers, towels and toiletries available for your use.
  • Range of Motion Workouts (ROMWODs): The back room is home to our complimentary ROMWOD station, a guided mobility routine that you can follow along on the TV. Routines range from 15-45 minutes, can be done before or after class and are scalable to any “flexibility” level.
  • Guest Passes: As a valued Windy City member, you'll have 1 free guest pass to use each month. Guest passes do not roll over each month.

  • Food Services: We try to make eating healthy easy for you. Windy City is a hub for Kettlebell Kitchen—healthy meals prepared and delivered to our fridge twice per week. We're also a hub for KitchFix and VDL GrassFed. Order online and pick up your food after your workout!

  • GORUCK Discount: As the official GORUCK partner gym in Chicago, your Windy City membership includes a 25% discount to GORUCK signature events (Light / Tough / Heavy).

Personal Training

Personal Training at Windy City is the fastest, most successful and motivational way to reach your fitness goals. You'll work 1-on-1 with a personal coach in private individual sessions. Applicable to all fitness, age and economic levels, Personal Training is for those with special needs, limitations, flexible schedules, as well specific individual goals.
