Windy City Strength & Conditioning is proud to be hosting this event for the 9th consecutive year, and we hope to make this one the best yet! Last year we donated just under $8,000. In addition to the event there will be food, drinks, and lots of fun! We will be providing Smoque BBQ...and encourage participants to bring sides and desserts. This will be a fantastic event for a great cause, so please do everything you can to get friends, family, and the greater community involved!
• Registration (open until June 2) - $50
• BBQ Only Registration - $20 for one, $30 for two, $40 (Family, 3+)
• All proceeds go to the Navy SEAL Foundation
• Entry fee includes event tank top, food, and select beverages
• Event open to all - members and non-members
