Level 1

The emphasis of our Level 1 classes is on skill development and exposure to basic functional movement patterns (squat, press, lift, run, throw, etc.). These classes are designed to prepare the beginner to enter our Workouts of the Day (WODs).  

The pace is intentionally slow as we take our time teaching movement and progressions; however, each class will have a conditioning segment to finish.  While we will hammer technique and mechanics first, we will gradually increase the intensity as you move along and become more comfortable.


Level 1 Classes meet at the following times:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday @ 6:30am
Monday / Wednesday @ 6:30pm
Thursday @ 7:30pm
