Not for the faint of heart. This program respects nothing more than the Kettlebell. As the primary modality and only piece of equipment used, the Kettlebell will kick your butt for a solid 45 minutes, and will always leave you with a sense of accomplishment (if you can get through it).
While Kettlebell movements are simple to grasp, we are always striving to refine your form from the first rep through the last, and of course, have fun in the process. Kettlebell programming is designed as a community class. The workout is posted weekly with flexible start times. Grab a partner or meet up as group and start swinging.
