General Fitness

Our intention is to go beyond the sweat. We want to make you fitter, better and stronger. Our coaches will teach you everything you need to know to get in the best shape of your life.


Beginner Athletes

Sometimes just opening the door and walking in can be the most difficult obstacle to overcome. 

We understand. You don’t need to be in shape or experienced to walk in our door. We offer beginner training through our WC Prep Course, where you will work with one of our coaches in a one-on-one setting. We’ll teach you everything you need to know—proper form, basic lifts and fundamentals—to get you moving.

Intermediate & Experienced Athletes

When exercise starts feeling like a chore, or you're not getting results, or motivation is lacking, then you haven't found what's right for you and it's time to try something new.

We believe in broad, general and inclusive fitness; workouts combining a wide variety functional movements that incorporate elements of aerobic work, gymnastics, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting and bodybuilding. Each day brings something new and exciting! Regardless of your current fitness levels and goals, our coaches will teach you everything you need to know to get fit and stay fit.
