The Competitive Fitness program is designed to help athletes prepare elements likely to be contested in the sport of CrossFit and perfect for preparing for the CrossFit OPEN.
You will go in depth into competition style movements, strategy, and technique. Whether you’re interested in local competitions or you’re just looking to improve your WOD times, this is the place to fuel your competitive side.
This is a higher level of training geared toward preparing individuals to be adept and well-rounded as possible with regard to the sport of fitness. Participants can expect to lift heavier and use more challenging and advanced movements.
Because of the advanced nature of this program, athletes must have 6+ months of experience in CrossFit training.
