Assault is a calorie-burning, high-intensity interval training workout utilizing the Assault Air Bike. The workouts are designed to maximize aerobic power training and develop all major muscle groups. Participants will alternate between intervals on the Assault Air Bike and bodyweight/core work to increase your metabolic activity, increase core strength, endurance and stamina.
Assault workouts are part of our community class series. Our community classes offer schedule flexiblility in that you can complete these workouts any time of day. Whether you want to attack the workouts solo or with other Windy City members is up to you.
